Bergen Group (www.bergengroup.no) has bought all shares of Kimek AS and is now a 100% owner. In any case Bergen Group will be on the exchange.

This year Kimek AS has provided maintenance for the boat type B-408, which is 94 meters long. The ship was docked within very small margins. The dock is only 80 meters long.
