Kimek has long traditions of supplying industrial services to the mining industry in Sør-Varanger. Kimek also represents the biggest mechanical environment in Finnmark.

 

The main activities today are machining, steel and aluminium constructions, as well as general mechanical maintenance and surface treatment. Beside our electrical workshop we also have our own prefabrication welding shop and a motors, pipe and machining workshop.

Kimek is also Authority approved Enterprise of Competence for personnel lift (PX), truck (TX), lifting equipment (G11) and earthmoving equipment (MX).

 

We have high qualified welders and skilled employees
within most areas.
